Ok, you have a right to state how you feel. But you may want to be a bit more reserved if in fact you still wish to obtain this car. In not actually knowing the full story, you should have contacted him at some point to ask your questions and maybe come to some kinda deal with in the sale to make up for the disconnect today ( i.e., gas money, $100 bucks off, etc. ). Given the two minutes I looked up this Brian ( DE ), I see he's an Engineer for Boeing and given a occupation is not an excuses, but I fail to see him as irresponsible on this matter, but maybe his prior commitment prevented him from meeting you and he's girlfriend maybe uninformed to a degree on the matter didn't want to speak for him. So if you had previous conversations with Brian, then I'm sure you'll have one tomorrow or so saying it was a misunderstanding on his part and is willing to work a deal for your troubles and his failure to get to you today, ya never know until you speak to those involed.
